RETURN & REFUND POLICY

entirely delighted with your purchase, we offer a straightforward return
and refund process within a specified period.
30-Day Return Guarantee
You have 30 calendar days from the date
you received your item to initiate a return. To be eligible for a
return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- In its original packaging, with all seals intact.
- Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Process a Return
To return an item, please follow these simple steps:

the return request form, or email us directly at
returns@essenceid.com.
- Please provide your order number and reason for the return.

Our customer service team will review your request and provide you
with a
Return Authorization (RA) number and
shipping instructions.

Carefully pack the item, ensuring it is well-protected, and include
the RA number inside the package.

Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping service. You will
be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your
item, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, it will undergo a quality
inspection. We will notify you on the status of your refund after
inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a
refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit
within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's
policies.
Please allow up to 14 business days for
the refund to appear on your statement after it has been processed.
