How to Process a Return

To return an item, please follow these simple steps:

  1. Visit our Contact Us page and fill out the return request form, or email us directly at returns@essenceid.com.
  2. Please provide your order number and reason for the return.
  3. Our customer service team will review your request and provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and shipping instructions.
  4. Carefully pack the item, ensuring it is well-protected, and include the RA number inside the package.
  5. Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping service. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, it will undergo a quality inspection. We will notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Please allow up to 14 business days for the refund to appear on your statement after it has been processed.
